So the goal of this blog is to help you to find your unique (and some may say unique) foodie specialties. Whether you like to cook, are new to cooking, or are just looking to learn to cook, you can find a collection of my favorite recipes here.

I may be the only one who eats every time I come here, and that’s because of this blog. In fact, I just had a visitor who told me that she wanted to know how to make the “Chicken Parmesan” or “Cheese & Bacon” that I post on here. I was like, “Awww, that sounds so boring! Let me try to make that!” I didn’t, and the visitor is now the proud owner of a couple of recipes.

The other thing that I enjoy cooking for is that I get to experiment with new ingredients and flavors and see what happens. So I’m learning to cook a few new recipes in my new kitchen. I’m cooking a lot of comfort food recipes like this chicken and mashed potato and veggie chili. I’m also planning to cook a lot of different kinds of meatballs.
