I have been a health and wellness coach for nearly a decade. I have consulted with thousands of people for over 20 years and I am proud to say that I have been instrumental in helping people achieve their goals in a range of areas. I am most proud to say that I have helped over 200 people achieve their health and wellness goals and have been their primary advocate.
As a health and wellness coach, I have found that a lot of it comes down to taking the time to figure out what’s going on in your body that is making it hard to feel good. If you take the time to know exactly what is causing the pain, you can find the root cause of whatever is irritating you and treat it without too much effort. I have seen people come to me and say that they were just fine one day and then have pain the next.
The reason for this is that I am not one of those people who is just fine with the way a person is doing their body. I am a full-time health and wellness coach and in this case it is the amount of hours that I have to sit through and figure out what to do in order to get the best results out of that body. It’s not me.
Although I don’t think my body is the problem, my mind can be. Being stuck in your head is a really bad place to be. I think a lot about this. The more I spend my time on my head, the worse I feel. After a while I find myself looking for things that can make up for the time being. The cure for this is less time in my head and more time on my feet.
I actually have very much enjoyed this. I always give myself at least five minutes to move on. And I really do appreciate this.
I think I’ve found a cure for the mind. It’s not going to make me feel better. It’s going to make me feel worse. I’ll be back to the gym in a little while.
I love to go to the gym. It’s my favorite thing in the whole world. But I also love to spend time on my feet. It’s a little like a sauna, but with the added benefit of feeling much more relaxed. But that’s kind of the point of exercise. You get to move when you don’t want to and there’s no downside to doing it. It’s also very good for the neck.
But it also seems to help people who have been diagnosed with dementia, or have been diagnosed with Alzheimer’s. People who have had these diagnoses often find themselves having difficulty concentrating. This is usually because they are either too tired to focus, or are so distracted by what they are doing, they can’t think about anything else. With exercise, it’s very hard to get distracted by things you are doing, so these people have an easier time focusing.
People with dementia often find that they are easily distracted, and they have trouble focusing on tasks at work. In fact, its usually the only thing that gets them to do anything. So if you are a person with dementia or Alzheimer, if you are tired, or you find that your mind won’t allow you to focus on a task, try getting out in nature for 15 min. A great alternative to this is to get out and do some exercise for a few minutes.
