I have to worry about my email, my email is my stress and I have to worry about my email. I have to worry about my office, my office is the stress and I have to worry about my office.

The sad thing is that you can’t actually control your stress. Like I said, yoga is a good stress reliever, but you can’t actually control it. So you’re always under stress. You’re constantly on high alert. You’re constantly worried that you didn’t do enough, that you didn’t do enough, that you didn’t do enough…

I’ve heard it said that stress causes the body to change the way it processes stress, that it makes the body produce more cortisol. It might be true, though I don’t know if it is. I think it’s probably more because if you stress you feel a whole different set of emotions than if you don’t, but it’s not like being stressed causes you to have a different body.

You are literally constantly on high alert for something. I think its a good idea to take this to the next level. Taking a yoga class, reading a book, listening to music, or actually looking at what youre doing. These things dont just make you feel good, but if you dont, it can really make you feel good.
