From my childhood, I knew that my life had to change so that I could find a way to love myself more. It has always been a struggle to love my body, but I finally know that my yoga practice has helped me feel better about myself every day.

Its true. Ive been very lucky to have been able to practice yoga. Ive loved it, Ive still do it, and Ive been able to enjoy it for as long as Ive wanted. Thats why Ive decided to write about it. I feel that yoga is so important that it deserves its own book.
