This article is about how we can be more aware of what we are thinking and doing. I like to think of all of our thinking and actions as what we call the three layers of self-awareness.

The first layer is “I’m aware of myself”. This is when we are aware of ourselves as individuals and what we are doing.

This is the layer where we can control our own thoughts and actions. It’s how we can control the world around us.

You’ll notice a lot of other people who don’t use their own “cognition” for being aware of themselves as individuals in a way that’s not very intuitive for anyone. This is related to the second level. We are aware that we are doing things. However, we are not cognizant of why we are doing them. We are aware of the fact that we are doing something, but even if we had been cognizant enough to have done that thing before, we wouldn’t have a clue why it was happening. This is called “self-awareness.” We can use this to our advantage by becoming aware of our own actions.

Self-awareness is not an easy thing to achieve. In fact, for most people, it’s an impossible thing. This is because we aren’t self aware when we are unaware. Most of the time, we are unaware of ourselves to the degree that we don’t even know we are. For example, let’s say I am driving and it’s dark.
