The idea is that this form of yoga will be very similar to what we do in the modern-day practice, which is to go to a yoga class and get our bodies fit and ready. There are no rules, and it’s free to attend. You can choose the duration of your practice, but it’s basically the same thing as doing a regular yoga class.
