I think there are two phases to coccyx wound healing, it’s either the first stage, where the coccyx is completely healed and the nerve is re-innervated, or the second stage, where the nerve is regrew and the coccyx is completely healed, but the muscle remains.

I have a bad feeling that the second stage will be the case with coccyx wound healing. At the very least, it’s not nearly as fun as the first. I’ve been meaning to write about this since I first heard about it, but I haven’t had a chance to check it out. I’m still on the fence.

Coccyx is one of those muscles that has to be worked to its fullest potential. It’s one of the hardest to “rebuild” muscles, requiring many hours of physical therapy to recover. It has to be worked to its fullest potential. I myself have never been able to return to my previous state of fitness. As it is, I am still relatively fit.

I myself believe that it takes some time to fully heal the injury. This is why you want to work on it before you try to perform any form of exercise, as a muscle is like a sponge at the best of times. When it’s stretched too far too fast, the muscle breaks down and can become weak and start to sag, eventually making it impossible to perform any form of exercise.

The coccyx is also very resistant to injury, so it’s not the most obvious damage to the body, but it’s a bit much. But when it is very strong, the damage is much less.

So when your coccyx is injured, you basically have two options: get surgery to repair the injury and start a whole new course of treatment. This is an option that has been done to many athletes, but it’s also a major reason why some people are completely unable to exercise. If your coccyx is so weakened that it’s impossible to move without pain, you should seriously consider surgery.

The same general case applies to being unable to use your legs. This is the most common problem that happens to me. I had to have surgery to remove a fibula fracture. Though it will be a long time before I can do a normal exercise again I do have a very strong fibula that I can use to do the things that I used to do with.
