So we do not cover the real estate agent referral aspect in this book, nor do we cover the importance of listing your property with a real estate agent.
The best thing you can do is to make yourself known to real estate agents with good references. These agents will be able to help you make an offer on your property and will often have a lot of contacts. This is an area where you can easily have a referral from someone in the industry.
