I’m an avid banyan tree yoga practitioner, and you’ll be happy to know that I’ve been practicing for years. I’d love to share with you some tips and a few cool photos that give you a glimpse into my yoga practice.

Most of our yoga routines are pretty simple, but in this video, we’re doing “banyan tree” yoga, which is sort of a cross between tree climbing and yoga. Basically you go up a tree and do some kind of yoga pose with your legs hanging off of the tree, and then you sit down on the tree and you’re basically leaning against the tree and being as relaxed as possible.
