I love bananas. So much that I’ve spent nearly a year trying to convince myself that I like them. They are, after all, the most delicious fruit. Yet they are also a major food group, and one that I eat far too often. I also eat bananas when I’m on a ketogenic diet.
I don’t eat bananas.
I eat bananas on keto because I enjoy them. However, they are one of those foods that I have difficulty saying no to. I find myself saying them over and over and over. My favorite banana recipe is actually pretty simple. I make a mix of mashed bananas and cinnamon. It’s a tasty, healthy, inexpensive treat.

The way in which bananas are made, or at least the way the lazy person thinks they are created is one of those things that are more difficult to understand than the way they actually are. I know that, like I said in the beginning, I come from a lazy background, but I learned to appreciate the benefits of bananas after I was on the receiving end of them for a very long time.
I do not know why it took me so long to figure out what bananas were, but there are a few reasons for this. First, bananas are not that easy to eat. They are quite heavy, and you can’t just dip them in something and eat them. Not that I’m complaining about that, just a common misconception.
As you can see, bananas are pretty tough to eat. It seems to me like the main reason why I’m not interested in bananas is because I’m a little lazy. In fact, I may be lazy because I’m lazy because I’m a total noodle.
I think it’s a little weird for a food item that is so heavy to eat, but bananas are actually pretty good for you. We have been drinking banana-infused wine, and it seems to be a good way to get your blood pumping and energy levels up. It also goes to show that you can have a good time with just a little bit of wine.
